SUPARNA CHHIBBER MD FAAFP – Founder/Medical Director

Dr. Suparna Chhibber is the medical director of Houston Family and Geriatric Medicine. She is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, Palliative Medicine and fellowship trained in Geriatric Medicine. She is also a certified CHEF Coach (Culinary Health Education Fundamentals) from Harvard Medical School. Dr. Chhibber is an MDVIP affiliated physician and provides highly personalized healthcare to not only manage and treat chronic diseases like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and heart disease, but also to prevent them with evidenced-based lifestyle approaches and health coaching. She has consistently been voted a Top Doctor by various agencies, most recently by a jury of peers by the prestigious Houstonia Magazine.

PRATIBHA KULKARNI, MD

Dr. Pratibha Kulkarni, MD, is a highly experienced and respected physician who brings years of dedicated practice in the field of internal medicine. Her exceptional knowledge and extensive community experience make her an invaluable addition to our team. She has been associated with Baylor College of Medicine, Memorial Hermann and Kelsey Seybold hospital systems in Houston.

Dr. Kulkarni’s commitment to serving the community is evident in her three decades of practice, during which she has built strong relationships with patients and gained their trust through compassionate care. Her dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field ensures that her patients receive the most effective and evidence-based treatments available.

ALISHKA ABIOYE, MD

Dr. Alishka Abioye is a board-certified family physician with years of experience in providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with a special focus on geriatrics and diabetes management. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Abioye excels in creating a comfortable and inclusive environment for diverse patient populations. Dr. Abioye graduated from St. Luis University School of Medicine and completed residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago where she took care of a largely underserved patient population and was selected to be a Chief Resident. During that time, she successfully developed a diabetes self-management group and a wellness curriculum for her fellow resident physicians.

Dr Abioye is passionate about preventing disease, promoting healthy aging and empowering her patients to manage chronic conditions effectively. With a holistic approach to healthcare, Dr. Abioye combines her clinical expertise with a deep understanding of cultural nuances, ensuring personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs. She believes in partnering with her patients by empowering them to take control of their health and lead healthier lives.  She is also looking to pursue board certification in Lifestyle medicine in the near future. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, reading, cooking new plant-based recipes, and creating fun memories with her family.
